Alternative treatment for ADC12 material to clear SST96H, hexavalent chromium-free.
It does not contain hexavalent chromium, so it meets the criteria for green procurement. The color tone ranges from light blue to light yellow and is considered significantly lighter than the current chromate (Alojin 1200). Additionally, it becomes almost colorless in materials like A2017 and other extruded products.

basic information
Surface treatment using trivalent chromium and cobalt compound system. Trivalent chromate treatment. It was introduced as an alternative treatment to hexavalent chromium chromate (Alojin 1200). Depending on the material condition, it has performance values of up to about 120 hours of SST for ADC12 material, and it is also resistant to heating, making it ideal as a base for baked coatings. Test data for baked coatings shows better results than hexavalent chromate. With a pH of around 4 to 5, it has limited etching power, so if rust is present in the pre-treatment state, additional rust removal will be necessary.
Price information
It depends on the shape, but it costs about 5.5 yen per 100 cm² of processing area.

April 2010 - ISO 9001 Certification Obtained Impregnation Treatment Are you troubled by pressure leaks in cast parts of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment? Are you struggling with low yield due to casting defects in pressure-resistant components? Our impregnation treatment can remedy those pressure leaks and void defects. We can rescue workpieces that have been deemed defective and discarded until now. Additionally, more and more clients are opting for full impregnation as a quality assurance measure. Furthermore, it can prevent blistering and peeling as a pre-treatment for plating and painting.
