Applications/Examples of results
● The data from the measuring instrument is imported in real-time into an Excel sheet. This is useful for displaying trends in measurement data and automating product inspections. ● Waveform data is digitized and imported into an Excel sheet for plotting. It can be used as a substitute for hard copies of waveforms. Additionally, since the waveforms are digitized, they can be utilized for various analyses on the user side. ● While controlling the output of power devices and electronic loads, the generated values and measured values are imported into an Excel sheet. This can be applied to measurements of V-I characteristics and charge/discharge characteristics.
