This is software for measuring the current-voltage-illuminance characteristics of lighting LEDs and organic EL panels. It measures the color illuminance of lighting LEDs while varying the DC voltage and current. It is particularly effective for GO/NOGO testing of LED modules and organic EL panels. It supports up to 10 light-receiving elements of a color luminance meter and also supports barcode reading.
