Mold Exchange Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mw3ZyOFtzLw ● By using it with a presetter, work and trials can be done easily and quickly. ● It is designed to allow for easy and precise positioning of punches and dies. ● The upper holder is balanced by a spring and column from below and is pushed down with an adjustment handle. ● The upper and lower holders are fixed with the same location pins as the Q-308, and the mold is held in place with a hand-tightened clamp. ● The holder has a large opening to allow light to check the clearance. ■ Mechanical Clamp ● The mechanical Q-308 is 6mm longer only in dimension C. ● The clamping force of the hydraulic Q-308 is 1100Kgf when the air pressure is 5Kg/cm².
