Industry-first compact 0.4KW with a maximum pressure of 1.4MPa and a compression stroke of 12mm. Control pressure ranges from 1.0 to 1.3MPa, with a discharge capacity of 45L/min at 1.0MPa and a tank size of 13L. The biggest feature of the new oscillating piston type is that "one cylinder can handle up to 600L/min." A single cylinder with one piston can achieve a maximum stroke of 30mm at 1800rpm with single-stage compression. A single cylinder with two pistons can achieve a maximum stroke of 60mm at 1800rpm with two-stage compression. This mechanism allows for a long compression stroke with high capacity. The compression volume is characterized by the sum of the residual pressure air volume and the designed intake volume, allowing for no limits on high pressure and fast filling speed.
