The conventional mechanism had limitations in pressure and vacuum due to the existence of dead space between the pump head and the diaphragm (piston). The new oscillating piston type eliminates the dead space and establishes a self-pressurizing system, allowing for a compact and high-capacity mechanism. Affordable products can also be made using steel plate fabrication. Compression process: 3mm / maximum pressure: 0.9MPa / at 0.7MPa, 15L/min secured = motor output AC100V 2P150W 2650/3200rpm 2.8A/3.2A. The process is short, resulting in low noise and low vibration. Additionally, we can accommodate requests for pressure and discharge volume.
