Toshical S UNA-800 Series The coating structure is broadly divided into two layers. The first layer is coated with a special metal in a textured shape, and the second layer is coated with a special resin made from a polymer copolymer, leaving the textured shape intact. Toshical S UNA-300 Series This technology was developed to address cases where the textured structure obtained from the UNA-800 series becomes a disadvantage. It directly forms a textured shape on the target substrate and is coated with a non-adhesive copolymer resin. The degree of texture is managed by surface roughness values and can be controlled to be either smooth or textured. Hot Melt Mold: Hot melt molds for electronic component connectors. Provides excellent non-adhesiveness when hot melt is used as the molding material.

In the manufacturing stages of adhesive tapes, adhesives, and rubber products, oil and water have been used to prevent the adhesion of adhesives to the base material and to improve work efficiency. However, this has caused issues in subsequent processes, making it difficult to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce the rate of defective products. Toshical S UNA-100 Series Developed for rubber substrates, it imparts low friction comparable to fluororesin (Teflon) and release properties superior to silicone rubber on rubber surfaces.
