Fluororesin Coating "Nidax, Nifgrip, Toughram" ■ Hard and Smooth Surface - Nidax - A surface treatment based on a nickel coating for iron, stainless steel, and copper alloys, where fluororesin is impregnated into the deposited nickel coating and then heat-treated. - It features high hardness, excellent wear resistance, slip properties, galling prevention, and non-stick properties, along with superior adhesion to the material, making it a high-performance composite treatment. ■ Surface Rich in Release Properties - Nifgrip - A surface treatment for iron, stainless steel, and copper alloys, where nickel and fluororesin are co-precipitated and then heat-treated. - The coating has 10% and 30% fluororesin uniformly distributed by volume, allowing the performance of the fluororesin to be fully realized, particularly excelling in non-stick properties, providing sufficient effects for release and slip properties, resulting in a high-performance composite film. ■ Smooth and Hard Surface - Toughram - An ideal treatment for surface processing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. - It excels in wear resistance, slip properties, corrosion resistance, seawater resistance, release properties, and electrical insulation, achieving a high-performance composite film integrated with the base material through surface treatment technology. - It is applied in a wide range of fields and used in many products and components.
