Magnetic Evaluation Device - Magnet Analyzer
This device measures the surface of a magnetized cylindrical magnet (primarily the rotor or stator of a motor) using a Gauss meter to evaluate its magnetization state. The analysis data displays numerical values such as the maximum, minimum, and average peak values of each pole, as well as the angles and areas of each pole. It also provides a two-dimensional display with the X-axis representing angle (Deg) and the Y-axis representing magnetic flux density (Tesla), as well as a three-dimensional display with the X-axis for angle (Deg), the Y-axis for position along the rotation axis, and the Z-axis for magnetic flux density (Tesla). 【Features】 - Measures and evaluates the surface magnetic flux density of the magnetized magnet using a probe. - The Gauss meter and Hall probe support measurements in three axes, allowing for simultaneous evaluation of magnetic flux density in the X, Y, and Z directions (only for MA-7315). - Measurement data is output in CSV format, making it compatible with general-purpose spreadsheet software. - Available in two types: one for cylindrical evaluation and one for planar evaluation. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog or contact us.
