High-flex homogenizer
●Motor and Drive Unit - Since it does not use carbon brushes found in conventional motors, there are no sparks generated when using organic solvents, allowing for safe usage. Additionally, there is no dispersion of ground carbon, making it suitable for environments that are sensitive to contamination. - The absence of carbon brushes means that there is no heat buildup in the motor during low-speed rotation, thus preventing motor burn-out. Furthermore, the hassle of replacing carbon brushes is eliminated. - It has stable torque characteristics from low to high speeds, with no decrease in rotation due to the viscosity of samples, significantly improving the efficiency of stirring, emulsifying, and dispersing compared to conventional products (relative to our products). - Maximum rotation speed of 18,000 rpm. ●Control Unit - Rotation control employs a PWM frequency voltage variable control method using an inverter. - Timer operation (1 to 60 minutes) and conditions such as acceleration and deceleration times can be set. - Remote operation and centralized control via computer are possible (some modifications may be required).

basic information
This is the first high-speed homogenizer in Japan equipped with a brushless motor. It has stable torque characteristics and, since it does not use carbon brushes, there is no concern about sparks or dust, and it does not generate sparks when used with organic solvents. Additionally, there is no dispersion of shaved carbon, making it suitable for use in environments that are sensitive to contamination.
