This device prevents heat transfer to the vibrating element by adding a cooling adapter between the chip and the horn, allowing for stable ultrasound generation. Additionally, the upper part of the transducer is equipped with a built-in cooling fan as standard, ensuring stable performance even during prolonged operation. This device can be used in a wider range of applications than before, such as the dispersion of resins and waxes at high temperatures.
