The HV-030 type vacuum mixer is a small high-speed mixer designed for laboratory use, capable of stirring, dispersing, emulsifying, and mixing small volumes while maintaining a vacuum in the glass container through a pump. It is equipped with two independent motors; the upper high-speed stirring section performs stirring and dispersing, while the lower low-speed stirring section generates convection and scraping actions. Particularly when processing high-viscosity samples, the low-speed section efficiently scrapes the samples adhered to the container's periphery and transports them to the center, enabling effective processing.

The processed sample is ejected upwards, creating significant convection by colliding with the plate.
