A filter bag designed to remove even small amounts of difficult-to-handle oil.
The high collection efficiency oil-adsorbing filter bag is made of a three-layer polypropylene material consisting of a Metroblown fiber layer sandwiched between inner and outer protective layers. The oil-adsorbing filter bag is used to remove oil contained in liquids and is effective for water, ink, paint (including electrodeposition paint), and other process fluids. Additionally, all oil-adsorbing bags are silicone-free and come in a wide range, being compatible with almost all industrial standard filter bags. Note: The micron numbers below refer to the micron rating of the outer protective layer and do not indicate the filtration accuracy of the entire bag. 【KOS-32 Series Features】 ■ Designed to remove small amounts of difficult-to-handle oil that may pass through other filter bags or cartridges. ■ Available in a range of 1 to 50 microns (outer protective layer). ■ Used in approaches for complete oil removal, when completely removing oil from fluids. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
