A gas plasma is generated by a high-frequency oscillator, and activated ions are irradiated onto the substrate for surface activation and cleaning. By using a patented special-shaped electrode, we have enabled a more uniform low-temperature plasma treatment compared to conventional surface treatments. The electrodes themselves are compact, making it easy to integrate them into existing lines. By using nitrogen gas as a medium and mixing it with oxygen, hydrogen, and other gases, it can be utilized for various applications. *We do not use expensive gases like helium or argon! Depending on the nitrogen concentration and supply method, the cost of nitrogen gas can be kept quite low, allowing for economical surface treatment. The effective treatment widths are 60mm, 120mm, 250mm, 380mm, and 500mm. You can choose the length according to the target product. Inline surface modification, pretreatment, and cleaning of plastics, metals, fibers, glass, etc., are possible. *Unlike other methods, processing on metals can be done without damage.
