The manufacturing of multilayer films requires handling in an inert atmosphere with oxygen and moisture concentrations below 1 ppm and no fine particles. The deposition glovebox system provides the necessary atmosphere for the deposition of multilayer films, preventing physical and chemical absorption that could disrupt the layers of the film. It is a very useful system for coating semiconductor devices with high uniformity.
