Static Air is a dry cleaner designed to non-contact clean flat-surfaced substrates primarily in roll-to-roll transport processes and conveyor transport processes. It mainly targets the removal of dust and debris that are stuck due to static electricity, as well as small metallic foreign objects, resin scraps, fiber clippings, and hair. Static Air is equipped with a static electricity removal bar, a flat jet nozzle for air blowing, and a dust removal function. The static electricity removal bar emits ions and strikes them onto plastic products using high-speed pulse air blow, sucking away dust and debris that are stuck to the surface due to static electricity. Foreign objects are collected using a filter set in a separate dust collector. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.
