The "DI-12 Series" is a torque detector that measures the torque of tightened screws. By accurately capturing the point at which the screw begins to slip from the tightened position and measuring that torque, it allows for the measurement of the torque value of the tightened screw. The motor stops when detection occurs, eliminating concerns about over-torque, which is common in tightening tests. It contributes to product sampling inspections and the setting and management of output torque for power drivers. 【Features】 ■ Smooth tightening operation The motor-driven operation allows for a smooth tightening process. ■ No worries about over-torque Equipped with an "automatic stop function" that halts the motor when the torque value is determined.
