This is a machine that automatically controls two grinding stones to grind the top and bottom surfaces of a workpiece. It consists of four stations (supply, extraction, processing, and measurement), including robots for supply and extraction, enabling fully automated production. 1. High rigidity and high productivity With a rib structure designed for efficiency, a slide equipped with a roller mechanism, and a large-diameter spindle shaft, sufficient rigidity is ensured at key points, allowing simultaneous processing of six workpieces. 2. Support for single-sided grinding By attaching a dedicated plate to the upper grinding stone, single-sided grinding is also possible. 3. Automatic transport of workpieces The combination of a transport robot and a pallet stacking device enables fully automated processing of workpieces. An automatic dressing device is standard equipment to maintain stable processing accuracy and keep the grinding stones in good condition. Additionally, an automatic thickness measurement system for workpieces provides real-time feedback on measurement results. By automating transport, processing, measurement, and dressing, mass production can be achieved completely unmanned.

Since our founding, our company has developed its business with the theme of "grinding." Currently, our core activities involve the design and manufacturing of both specialized and general-purpose machine tools (primarily grinding machines) as well as the processing of cutting tools. In particular, in the mid-1960s, we specialized in the manufacturing of dedicated machine tools from general-purpose surface grinding machines, and since then, we have challenged ourselves with advanced technological innovations for each order received. Additionally, during the same period, we began mass production of carbide throwaway tips and drill-related products, which facilitated active feedback of knowledge, information, and experience between our machine development and mass production departments. We believe that the unique technologies and know-how we take pride in today are the result of this continuous technological refinement.
