Depending on various applications, it can be equipped with the renowned Bühler milling unit for operation. ■ Centex S1 and S2: Full-capacity horizontal disc-type bead mills with protective screens arranged axially. ■ SuperFlow 4: A high-performance bead mill for circulation operation. It has high cooling efficiency, excellent bead separation, and enables efficient and powerful dispersion grinding. ■ MicroMedia L: Capable of using microbeads (bead diameter 20μ to 200μ), it allows for gentle dispersion and high-energy grinding down to nanometer sizes.

【Main Features】 ■ The core part of the main unit consists of a versatile, swiveling drive unit. This drive unit can be equipped with milling components made of ceramic, synthetic resin, or steel, depending on the application. ■ The effective capacity of the grinding chamber ranges from 0.05 to 1.2 liters (varies depending on the milling component used). It can operate with very small sample amounts and allows for basic experiments on products with low to medium viscosity. Additionally, it is possible to scale up for mass production. ■ Wear-resistant ceramic components enable contamination-free process handling, making it suitable for the manufacture of electronic materials. ■ The stainless steel housing (optional) is designed for high-tech applications typically produced in clean rooms, meeting extremely stringent requirements for cleanliness, hygiene, and acid resistance.
