This is a tanδ measuring instrument that can measure the dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) of electrical insulating materials with a resolution of 1 ppm (1×10^-6). It uses liquid electrodes and sheet electrodes tailored to samples such as liquids, films, paper, insulating tape, and insulating boards, allowing measurements in accordance with IEC (60247, 60554-2) and JIS (C2101) standards.
