This product is a semi-automatic, small-scale production, economical filling and vacuum sealing device for pre-filled syringes manufactured by Accurex. The filling section can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs. The vacuum sealing section consists of a vacuum chamber and controls. The liquid filling accuracy is outstanding, and there is no air contamination in the finished product. 【Filling Section Features】 ■ Uses a four-channel micro-filling system from IVEK Corporation, providing excellent filling accuracy. ■ High pack or rack containing 100 syringes (or 64 syringes) is moved by an X-Y robot while filling four syringes simultaneously. ■ Can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs. ■ Production volume: Approximately 1,200 to 2,000 units per hour. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Vacuum Sealing Unit Features】 ■ Composed of a vacuum chamber and control system ■ In the case of high packs, the pack is mounted on a rack, and the inner seal plate is placed on top and inserted into the chamber ■ When using a rack from the filling stage, a separately prepared loading plate for the inner seal is placed on top of the rack and inserted into the chamber ■ Deaeration of the chamber using a vacuum pump ■ Depending on the viscosity of the liquid, a 2 to 4-stage deaeration program can be set ■ Once the air mixed in the syringe is removed and deaeration is complete, the punch plate descends to push the inner seal, which is inserted to the surface of the liquid by injecting air or nitrogen gas ■ Standard chamber dimensions: 255mm(W) x 290mm(D) x 280mm(H) *Special sizes can also be designed and manufactured ■ Standard controller dimensions: 600mm(W) x 475mm(D) x 330mm(H) ■ Production capacity: Approximately 1,200 to 2,000 bottles/hour *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
