By simply setting the deep-fried tofu in the Agerobo, oil removal, pressing, and cutting are done automatically. What used to require more than 10 people can now be done with just 2 to 4. In the case of an integrated system up to the packaging machine, the cut deep-fried tofu is seasoned and then packed into containers, making it even more efficient!
