Accurate offers a wide range of products including compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, wire forming, battery springs, and flat springs in the Ultra Spring (Accurate Original standard spring) series, as well as custom-made items and both wire and sheet materials. We are capable of manufacturing and selling these products. Additionally, we have permanent showrooms for springs in Akihabara, Nagoya, and Kyoto. We maintain a constant stock of catalog items, including Ultra Springs, enabling immediate delivery. Currently, Ultra Springs has approximately 3,000 different items, all with manufacturing lot numbers for traceability, and we promote the industry's first two-point load management and no discontinued items, striving for quality and supply stability to expand globally. Our free spring selection and design software, "Select Spring-kun," allows for easy selection of Ultra Springs, spring design, lifespan calculations, estimates, and delivery date confirmations. The Accurate Tangless Insert reduces the work time of conventional products (Heli-Coil) to one-sixth, and is a NAS-certified revolutionary product that achieves cost reduction for screw hole operations in aluminum cutting and resin materials, particularly in the aerospace and aviation industries, as well as high-speed rail and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and medical devices.
