【Features】 〇 During the overhaul of cylinders and rods, repairs will be made using methods such as polishing, honing, and hard chrome plating, depending on the extent of damage. 〇 The hardness of hard chrome plating meets the Vickers hardness of 750 or higher as specified in JIS H 8615 for industrial chrome plating. 〇 There are two shapes suitable for hard chrome plating: round and square. For each, hard chrome plating can be performed on all parts, external, and internal surfaces according to your requirements. For complex shapes with irregularities, such as molds, electrodes can be devised and created to apply hard chrome plating. 〇 The measurement of plating thickness for hard chrome plating is calculated by measuring dimensions before and after plating. 〇 For surface roughness specified in the drawings, polishing and buffing will be combined before and after plating to meet those standards. 〇 We also perform processing for stripping hard chrome plating only, as well as re-plating after stripping. 〇 For those requiring hydrogen embrittlement relief treatment after hard chrome plating, baking treatment will be conducted. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
