It is a continuous feed type micro pulverizer with an integrated classification system using a crusher and a screen. The cutting mill performs shearing and impact pulverization through the high-speed rotational motion of sharp multi-stage cutters mounted on a vertical rotating axis. The fed raw materials are crushed while floating in the air due to the airflow generated by the rotation of the cutters. The micro powder that reaches the target particle size is forcibly released outside the screen by high-speed airflow and centrifugal force, while particles larger than the target size are further crushed by the cutters. Since it uses shearing and impact pulverization rather than compressive pulverization in high-speed airflow, there is very little heat generation, allowing even heat-sensitive materials to be pulverized without thermal degradation.
