The SAOF series vacuum pads for thin steel plates are flat oval vacuum pads that are optimal for the suction and transport of thin steel plates with an oil film. The pads, made of highly oil-resistant nitrile rubber, feature grooves on the suction surface to release oil, allowing for strong suction on workpieces with an oil film and enabling quick transport. The pads are available in a minimum size of 16x50mm and a maximum size of 70x140mm. You can choose the appropriate pad for your workpiece from three materials: general-purpose nitrile rubber (NBR-60), slightly softer nitrile rubber (NBR-45), and a special markless rubber (HT2) that excels in high-temperature resistance suitable for hot forging, available in sizes from 23x60mm to 50x100mm.
