basic information
Ceramic adhesives can be used in a vacuum or in an inert gas atmosphere after complete firing. However, compared to epoxy-based heat-resistant adhesives, they have inferior compliance to the thermal expansion of the bonded materials, and they also show weaknesses against physical impacts. When selecting an adhesive, please consider not only the heat resistance limit but also these points. Additionally, heat-resistant sealants are used for applications such as sealing porous ceramics, insulating metals and electronic components, and surface protection through methods like coating, spraying, and dipping. Except for Alembic Seal 4030, they are all inorganic compositions.

Audeck Co., Ltd. was established on June 28, 1973, with the aim of importing, manufacturing, and selling industrial chemical products. In November 1988, the company partnered with the American heat-resistant adhesive manufacturer, Alembic Products, to sell their ceramic and heat-resistant epoxy adhesives and ceramic coatings in Japan. In the late 1980s, the company began selling heated black dye, and after 1986, developed new heated black dyeing equipment. Furthermore, in 2003, they launched an electroless nickel plating device, continuing to grow steadily.
