【Features】 ○ "Light molding" is a new technology that uses silicone rubber molds to shape actual models made of thermoplastic resin. ○ Near-infrared light irradiated from the outside passes through the silicone rubber mold and selectively heats and melts only the particulate thermoplastic resin placed inside the mold. ○ The mold is clamped using differential pressure created by vacuuming the double rubber mold structure, eliminating the need for large clamping devices. ○ This system allows for the rapid and cost-effective production of actual models with performance equivalent to that of products made through injection molding. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog or contact us.
