It is a structure that tightly seals the crucible and the furnace cover, allowing exhaust gas to be expelled to the outside through a flue installed beside the furnace. During melting, exhaust gas is discharged from both above the crucible and from within the furnace, which allows for overheating and reduces melting time compared to conventional products, resulting in energy savings. Additionally, once the ingot reaches a molten holding state, the upper cover of the flue can be opened to allow the exhaust gas to be expelled upward, enabling the separation of aluminum and exhaust gas, which prevents oxidation of the aluminum and improves quality. This is a jointly developed product with Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. and has obtained a patent.
