Although the built-in motor is directly mounted on the ball screw, it allows for the removal of just the motor. This ensures high maintainability, enabling quick recovery in case of emergencies. ■Long lifespan... The ball screw nut section is equipped with a lubrication system using a high-oil-content fiber net, and the rod support section features a contact scraper, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. Long-term maintenance-free operation is crucial for rod types where disassembly for lubrication is difficult. Additionally, the contact scraper also reduces play during rod extension. ■High reliability... The position detection mechanism employs a resolver, providing high environmental resistance. ■Low cost... Despite its high functionality, it is offered at a low price. Together with the newly added pulse input function in the multifunction controller ERC-D, it reduces the time and cost required for system construction. ■Absolute function... By combining with the ERC-X controller, it is possible to use the absolute function, which eliminates the need for home return upon power-up.
