●This grease is optimal for high-temperature concentrated lubrication, especially in piping where solidification is a concern, as it is less likely to solidify even when left at high temperatures for extended periods, compared to non-soap-based greases such as inorganic bentone grease and organic urea grease used around 200°C. This product is particularly a high-viscosity, high flash point oil-based grease with excellent heat resistance. ●It maintains its gel structure even when mixed with water, and due to its excellent rust prevention properties, it can be used in outdoor equipment and machinery exposed to water. ●It is resistant to structural breakdown of the thickening agent even under repeated shear, allowing for extended lubrication intervals. ●Formulated with molybdenum disulfide, it prevents metal contact and reduces wear and seizure even if the oil film breaks under high temperatures or extreme pressure. ●Operating temperature range: -10 to 240°C.
