The N type has three models due to differences in specifications: - NP type Uses a single-acting cylinder in the drive section and is particularly suitable for high-viscosity liquids. In addition to the standard non-sealed type, there is also a sealed type. - ND type Uses a double-acting cylinder in the drive section and allows for discharge speed control via a speed controller. - NZ type Uses a stacked piezoelectric element and a displacement amplification mechanism for valve opening and closing control, allowing for a wide range of settings from low to high speeds. Operation settings such as discharge volume, discharge speed, and continuous operation count can be configured using a computer, enabling remote settings.

The NEUBERG dispenser type N is a compact and lightweight non-seal liquid dispenser developed for discharge accuracy and long-term stability. It exhibits its characteristics in fields where precise management of each drop is required, ranging from low-viscosity to high-viscosity liquids, due to its minimal dead space. 【Operation Description】 ■ Type N consists of a rod-shaped needle valve that functions as an outlet valve at the center, a pipe-shaped measuring plunger surrounding it, and a pipe-shaped inlet valve surrounding that. ■ Each valve operates as shown in the diagram below, closing the needle valve, opening the inlet valve, and raising the measuring plunger to a predetermined amount to create a state of liquid suction as the origin point. ■ Upon receiving a start signal, the inlet valve closes, the needle valve opens, and the measuring plunger pushes out the liquid. ■ After discharge, the needle valve closes, and the inlet valve opens to return to the suction operation.
