Capillary rheometer (melt resin viscosity measurement device)
The LCR7000 series capillary rheometer melts resin materials filled in the barrel at a constant temperature and extrudes them through a capillary using a piston that descends at a specified speed, measuring the load applied at that time, allowing for easy and accurate measurement of melt viscosity on a tabletop. It is widely adopted as an effective means of quality control through offline measurement in laboratories, resin inspection departments, and research institutions around the world. Compliant with JIS K7199, ISO11443, DIN53014, 54811, and ASTM D3835.
