Static electricity prevention and countermeasures: Achilles' original conductive technology 'ST Poly', which is neither carbon nor metal for static charge prevention.
Achilles' ST Poly is a conductive polymer called "polypyrrole," which has an electronic conjugated system. It uniformly coats and composites onto the surfaces of various materials and shapes in a thin film, imparting conductivity. It is a clean conductive processing technology with low particle, ion contamination, and outgassing. Since the parts, containers, and substrates you use can be processed for conductivity, it is possible to achieve conductivity without changing the texture or properties of the substrate. ■ Films Base films for various processing, protective films, spacer films ■ Molding Products Transparent conductive molded products, wafer cases, mask cases, component cases, IC trays, chip trays ■ Parts FPC and other various parts requiring static electricity countermeasures ■ Threads For textiles, for gloves ■ Fibers Wipes, antistatic cloths *For details, please refer to the catalog. *Even if the desired application product is not in the catalog, please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with static electricity countermeasures.

basic information
"ST Poly's 3C" 1. Conductive - ST Poly exhibits stable conductive performance as it is coated with the conductive polymer pyrrole on the surface of the substrate. 2. Clear - Achieving "ultra-thin, transparent" conductivity made possible by the conductive polymer. 3. Clean - Clean and stable conductive performance without bleed or detachment. - Excellent chemical properties such as low outgassing, low ion contamination, and silicone-free. "Precautions" - Caution is advised when used in environments that come into contact with alkaline substances. ST Poly is a polymer with excellent chemical resistance, but its performance may degrade due to alkaline substances. - Caution is advised for use in parts subject to severe friction. While ST Poly forms a strong coating, using it in areas where friction occurs constantly may cause the coating to wear away. - Other precautions: Performance may degrade if exposed to strong ultraviolet light for extended periods. "Examples of Applications" 1. Providing Achilles' unique conductive materials and products. 2. Offering conductivity for the parts, containers, and substrates you use.
