- Supports large bolt tightening from M20 to M300. (Custom production possible from M16.) - Multiple bolts can be tightened simultaneously and uniformly in parallel by connecting bolt tensioners. The tightening axial force is uniform, preventing uneven tightening of flanges. (There is a record of simultaneously tightening 40 flange bolts in parallel.) - Bolts are pulled using hydraulic force, applying tensile load for tightening, which eliminates the influence of friction with the thread surface and seating surface. "Axial force can be managed directly," allowing for more accurate tightening through axial force management than torque management. - Features our unique ArmorMax protection with a super-hard surface finish. Excellent durability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance maximize the lifespan of the tool. - The compact and lightweight bolt tensioner allows for bolt tightening even in confined spaces. The bolt tensioner (hydraulic tensioner) pulls and tightens bolts using hydraulic pressure, preventing damage to the surface of the flange and the seating surface of the nut. Additionally, tightening through axial force management eliminates the influence of friction, achieving higher precision tightening compared to torque management. Since it is a puller exchange type, it can accommodate various bolt sizes with a single load cell, making it highly versatile. It is an optimal system for managing the axial force of large bolt tightening. By using multiple units, large bolts can be tightened simultaneously and uniformly. (For example, tightening 20 flange bolts at once.) We will manufacture with optimal customization according to your application.
