The OP-SB85L is an interface expansion set equipped with a communication measurement port for TTL/C-MOS signal levels and a high-speed analog measurement port. The TTL/C-MOS measurement port supports a wide voltage range of TTL/C-MOS level communication from 1.8V power systems to 5V power systems, making it ideal for directly probing communication lines, such as between communication LSI and interface IC on printed circuit boards, to observe and test communication status. It can measure not only general UART and HDLC communications but also monitor and simulate I2C/SPI. Additionally, a burst measurement mode that captures all data synchronized with the clock signal is also available.

This is an expansion interface board for monitoring and simulating TTL (3V/5V/2.5V/1.8V) level communication between I2C, SPI buses, and LSI, using the protocol analyzer LE-8200. By simply clipping with a probe, online monitoring and simulation can be easily performed. Utilizing the logic analyzer function and monitoring/simulation capabilities of the protocol analyzer allows for analysis across all aspects from hardware to software.
