The TTL/C-MOS measurement port supports a wide voltage range of TTL/C-MOS level communication from 1.8V power systems to 5V power systems. It is ideal for directly probing communication lines, such as between communication LSI and interface IC on printed circuit boards, to observe and test communication status. Additionally, it supports USART communication transmission and reception clocks, which are not available in the standard TTL measurement ports of the LE-3500R/LE-2500R. It can monitor and simulate not only general UART and HDLC communication but also I2C/SPI. Furthermore, a burst measurement mode that captures all data synchronized with the clock signal is also available.
