An electromagnetic valve that allows for high-precision control, enabling the user to freely determine the opening degree instead of just ON-OFF.
A proportional solenoid valve is not a general-purpose on-off valve that cannot achieve high-precision control, but rather an electromagnetic valve that can take any opening degree. For example, if pressure control is to be performed using an on-off solenoid valve, the valve must be operated as follows: - If the fluid pressure exceeds the set pressure: close the on-off solenoid valve - If the fluid pressure drops below the set pressure: open the on-off solenoid valve This method allows for a range of pressure control around the set pressure, but it cannot control a specific pressure point. However, by combining a proportional solenoid valve with a pressure gauge, a pressure control loop is completed, enabling high-precision pressure control. Additionally, when combined with a flow meter, it becomes a flow control valve, and when combined with a thermometer, it becomes a temperature control valve. By simply combining with various sensors, local control can be easily achieved.
