Super hard threading chip
- The same holder and chip can be used for both right-hand and left-hand threading. Additionally, various diameters of external and internal threading can be processed with a single holder and chip. - The back of the Carmex milling thread chip has a prism shape with a 15° incline, providing a more rigid clamping method. - Most chips are double-edged types with cutting edges on both sides. - Thread processing can be done in one pass. - The milling thread tool can process tapered threads. - By adopting fast cutting speeds and multi-tooth chips, processing time can be significantly reduced. - Thanks to the special multi-layer coating (MT7), chip life has been greatly improved, achieving long life. - Compared to the use of taps and dies, tooling costs are lower. ...and more.

Applications/Examples of results
Millsred processing is a relatively new method of screw machining that utilizes the helical feed (arc) function of machining centers and CNC milling machines. Helical feed is a CNC function that allows the tool to move along a helical path. This helical motion combines linear movement in the vertical direction with arc movement in the horizontal direction. Therefore, at least a three-axis simultaneous control CNC milling machine is required.
Company information
Noga Japan Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture, as the Japanese subsidiary of Noga Engineering Ltd. from Israel. Noga is a pioneer of deburring systems that easily remove burrs from cutting edges and drill holes in metals and plastics by hand, exporting its unique products to over 50 countries worldwide from its factory in Israel. Additionally, in the field of magnetic holding systems for holding test indicators and dial gauges used for precision measurement during precision machining, Noga offers a wide range of top-quality products, including the Noga Flex, which features a patented fine feed mechanism. Furthermore, Noga produces the Cobra 2000 drop ejector and Mini Cool, which are semi-dry processing devices that apply only a minimal amount of cutting fluid during metal processing.
