"GR_Design" is a software that supports the design and manufacturing of involute spur gears and helical gears. It allows for the design of combinations of external gears and external gears, as well as external gears and internal gears. Additionally, it features gear rotation simulations, rack-based tooth profile generation diagrams (for internal gears, tooth profile generation is done using pinions), DXF file output, text saving of tooth profile data, and supports the design of "high tooth/low tooth," all of which can be performed with simple operations. In "GR_DesignC," it is possible to perform strength calculations for tooth surface strength according to JGMA6102-02 (2009) and bending strength calculations according to JGMA6101-02 (2007). It has the capability to save and open strength calculation data files, contributing to the management of strength data and the acceleration of work processes. Furthermore, calculation results can be printed or saved as text files and opened in EXCEL and other applications.
