LTD. Ram Technologies is a specialized manufacturer of micro-arc welding machines for terminal welding of coil components, promoting the lead-free soldering of coil parts. In recent years, with the increasing awareness of environmental issues, including the ISO-14001 and the home appliance recycling law introduced in 2001, companies have been strongly demanding lead-free solutions in the joining of electrical and electronic components. In response, our company has successfully developed the CPU-controlled precision arc welding machine PC-PAS301, leading the way in this field. Currently, looking at the environment surrounding the manufacturing industry, the importance of micro-arc joining technology is becoming increasingly prominent amid the strengthening of regulations on specific harmful substances, such as the RoHS directive that came into effect in EU countries in July 2006. Moving forward, we will focus on promoting the micro-arc joining method, which involves welding the terminal joints of coil components, primarily small relays, motors, mobile phones, and computer parts, using low-power arc welding machines instead of traditional soldering.
