This system is a structurally simple auto-call mechanism that automatically makes calls by inputting a list of phone numbers (CSV) into the computer and plays pre-registered voice guidance.

When considering the effort involved in making phone calls manually, this system operates automatically to make calls and provide announcements, potentially leading to a reduction in labor costs without significantly affecting the collection rate. A challenge in operating this system is that, since it automatically calls the extracted list and provides automated voice guidance, it cannot confirm whether the person on the line is the intended recipient. Therefore, if the content is sensitive, careful consideration is needed for the pre-recorded voice announcements. Based on the current number of calls and efficiency, we propose that transitioning to an automated system could allow staff to shift their efforts to more labor-intensive tasks.
