The Powder Rheometer FT4 is a device that measures the flow characteristics of powders. By simultaneously measuring the "rotational torque" and "vertical load" obtained from the spiral rotation of a blade within the powder, highly reproducible flow information with good sensitivity can be obtained. The measurement is simple and fully automated, requiring only the insertion of the powder into the container without any pre-treatment! It can be utilized in research and development fields for evaluating powder flow characteristics and quality control in pharmaceuticals, toners, cosmetics, electronic materials, and powder coatings.
