Polyurethane-based hot melt adhesives are applied in a heated, molten state, similar to conventional general-purpose hot melt adhesives. After cooling and solidifying through the pressing of materials, they react with moisture (humidity) present in the air, resulting in high heat resistance, strong adhesive strength, and excellent durability that cannot be achieved with traditional hot melt adhesives.
