Please leave the vibration testing of packaged and wrapped cargo to JBL. The test bench size is 1.2m × 1.2m, and large palletized cargo can be easily loaded.
In this contract testing service, we evaluate how much packaged goods can withstand vibrations that occur during transportation using a sine wave. The vibration testing machine owned by JBL has a test bench size of 1.2m x 1.2m and can accommodate loads of up to 500kg, making it suitable for large palletized cargo. The latest digital vibration controller is used for control. It is also possible to attach an accelerometer to the test item to observe its behavior. Sine wave sweeping has long been used for vibration testing of packaged goods, but in recent years, testing using random vibrations has been recommended. ▼ For more details, please download the PDF document (recommended). ▼ If you need assistance urgently, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' section below.

It can impose strong stress on the test item. - Bounce Vibration: This is a classical test method that simulates the truck bed during transportation. Customers interested in random vibration testing are also encouraged to check the following product page. Please refer to [Packaging Goods] Random Vibration Testing. ◆ JBL Packaging Test Facility: ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) certified since December 2010.
