This is a device that fluidizes and dries powder by blowing dry gas from a gas distribution plate mounted at the bottom of a box-shaped dryer. The device is divided into several chambers, and the raw materials, which are quantitatively supplied and dispersed in the first chamber by a disperser, move to the next drying chamber through a gap under the partition plate and are discharged from the final drying chamber as overflow. Additionally, some larger particles are discharged through underflow. This device utilizes the excellent mixing, gas contact, and heat transfer properties of the fluidized bed for drying, and by incorporating a heat exchanger for indirect heating inside the fluidized bed, it achieves high efficiency without increasing the amount of hot air.

【Features】 - Due to the constant rate drying that occurs at the wet bulb temperature characteristic of fluidized beds, drying to low moisture levels is possible even at relatively low temperatures. - There is minimal particle breakage, making it suitable for drying granular materials and crystals. - By incorporating a heat transfer medium, over 80% of the required heat is provided through indirect heating from the heat transfer medium, achieving high thermal efficiency. - Because the heat transfer from the heat transfer medium is significant, it is possible to reduce the gas volume, resulting in a compact design for the fluidized tower body, blower, dust collection equipment, and other auxiliary devices. - The heat transfer medium can be easily removed. Additionally, designs that accommodate automatic cleaning (CIP) are also possible. - It is possible to manufacture large equipment suitable for bulk processing (track record: bed area of 102 m²). - Designs for equipment that can simultaneously perform drying and cooling in a single unit are also feasible.
