This is an automatic coolant nozzle control device that allows coolant liquid to be applied appropriately for each tool, either through automatic control via pre-set memory or through remote operation during processing. Benefits: Previously, there was a hassle of attaching multiple coolant nozzles to the machine and adjusting the nozzle orientation every time the tool was changed. However, by using Spider Cool, efficiency and productivity have improved, and there are many advantages, such as eliminating the risk of getting too close to the processing point. Easy to Set: The nozzle position is controlled by turning a volume switch and is saved by pushing it. Additionally, when reusing a tool (via ATC), the memorized angle is reproduced. Compatible with MQL: We also offer models that are compatible with MQL. There is also a 2-nozzle model: We have models that can control the angles of two nozzles independently.
