Five Features 1. High Precision Boasting a repeatability of 1.27 microns*. With easily replaceable QC-type jaws, we achieve a reproducibility of 5 microns within the same chuck during jaw replacement. 2. High Reliability Our company has been selling air chucks for over 40 years. We have accumulated extensive experience with various customers, continuously improving our products and enhancing reliability. 3. Wide Variety We offer standard chuck diameters of 3/4/6/8/10 inches. Additionally, we have various types including two-jaw types, stationary types for machining centers, and through-hole types. 4. High Functionality Equipped with a built-in air cylinder, it can be used simply by supplying compressed air. Fine adjustments to gripping force can be easily made by adjusting the air pressure. By using QC-type jaws (optional) that allow for high-precision jaw replacement, quick setup changes with high reproducibility can be achieved. 5. Custom Options We design and manufacture additional features such as seat detection and through-coolant according to customer specifications.
