Cleanroom cushioning material (antistatic and conductive)
This product is a cushioning material that can be used in clean rooms. It does not use any foaming agents during manufacturing, preventing dust contamination from "residues of foaming agents." Unlike typical antistatic materials (colored pink or blue), it provides long-term static electricity prevention effects. Furthermore, unlike general products, the antistatic agent does not bleed (precipitate) to the surface. Being a low VOC (volatile organic compounds) product, there are no concerns about metal corrosion or fogging, and it does not have the "odor specific to foamed PE foam" caused by chemical foaming agents. It is used not only in clean rooms but also as cushioning material for electronic components that are sensitive to volatile substances, and as a "clean ESD countermeasure cushioning material" that requires stable static electricity measures, for various applications.
