In the wire cut water tank, there is a lot of fine sludge present. The fine sludge that could not be processed by ion exchange resins or filters is made to "magnetize and electrify" through a special filter, causing the sludge particles to stick together and grow larger. By increasing in size, substances that could not be processed become manageable, reducing excess secondary discharge and increasing processing speed by applying more power to the wire and workpiece. As the sludge grows larger, it can be caught by the coarser parts of the filter, extending the filter's lifespan. Since more can be processed by the filter, the generation of excess ions is reduced, thereby extending the life of the ion exchange resin. Continuous operation is possible, and there are no consumables at all.
